Easy to install. I can't believe how far away this remote works. Very pleased with that. I would say 100 yards away and it is on the other side of a concrete block wall. It operates slowly so I still have to wait a bit to enter but that is ok. I had a re-opening safety beam sensor that did not work and the mfr gladly and quickly sent another one. It is powerful. I added a spring to each end because my gate is not light and I wanted a little give on the start. I used porch swing springs for that. It gives just a little when the motor starts which I think is better overall for the parts involved. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is working well so far *by on Reviewed in the United States October 24, 2024* It works well but the sensor isn’t connected yet as the connection is a bit complicated.
