Thai and True's amazing sauces are made in Portland, Oregon by Thai natives. Use Thai and True's Curry Pastes for coconut curries, stir fries, sautees, grilling or marinades. No artificial preservatives or flavors; strictly all-natural ingredients. 6 oz glass jar. || This is the Vegan version of our Prik King Curry Paste, made without the minced dried shrimp but still packed with flavor! || Direction: Stir-fry 1 heaping tsp of THAI & TRUE Prik King Curry Paste in medium heated oil. Add tofu, tempeh, or soy curls until the desired texture is reached. Add veggies of choice, then continue to lightly saute with tamari or soy sauce to taste. Refrigerate after opening. ||Ingredients: red curry paste (dried red chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, salt, galanga, kaffir lime zest, spices [coriander, cumin]), organic cane sugar, safflower oil, lemon juice, paprika. || Contains: coriander seed and cumin powder. || This product is GMO-free, Gluten-Free, and Vegan.

I have only tried the yellow curry and prik king curries of this brand so far. I really liked the yellow curry. Not as impressed with this one--it's not one you use coconut milk with, but I still expected a more complex flavor. It didn't have any "off" flavors like some prepackaged curries at least. May just need a little tweaking while making it--maybe more fish sauce, palm sugar, garlic or something.
