Or do you just ship in a big bag?** A: It arrive in the box pictured. Each syringe is wrapped in a Sterile package. All in all it did surprise me how well they were packed. Made in China of course **Q: Discreet shipping?** A: The box arrived inside an Amazon box with my other items ordered. **Q: Will they be shipped discreetly?** A: It is not exactly what I'd call "discreet". However, the box won't show up the way you see it here, in the pictures. It is shipped in one of two ways (I have ordered this exact product, & from the same seller as well, many times over the past year,). It will either be concealed in a gray plastic shipping material, sort of like a plastic bag. Don't worry, though: you can't see through it. You have to rip or cut open the plastic to see the contents. It will display the shipping label, with your name and address or whatever details you enter for the recipeiant. Or, it will come in your typical packaging when receiving products from online vendors: a small cardboard box that also has the shipping label with your information on it. Upon opening either packaging, there is not much to conceal the contents in terms of packing material (EX: bubble wrap,). You'll see the box, as you see it in the pictures, immediately. There are ways to make the delivery more descreet, however. 1. You can change your shipping preferences: write that you prefer the delivery person to place it in your mailbox, or in a certain area on your front porch/by your door (EX: under a chair,). 2. You can track the package: as it goes through the delivery process, you can check your account and the order's status, down to about 30 minutes, give or take. This way, you can be prepared when it arrives and get to the package right away. 3. The delivery person will not knock on your door, at least in my experience, when it is delivered. You'll receive an email/text/notification when it arrives by changing the settings of the Amazon app in your phone.
