I ordered one at the end of Nov 22. On reading the notes, it says to charge fully before using so I plugged it in and left overnight. The first LED was blinking which I assumed meant it was charging (the instruction manual is brief to say the least). In the morning, the unit was dead. I returned the item and had to wait nearly 3 months for the replacement which arrived yesterday. Again, I left it charging overnight with the first LED blinking (when you plug in the charger the LEDs illuminate one at a time presumably to show that it is charging). I assume that with previous model, each LED illuminates as the charge increases but this morning, it was still just the first LED blinking. I plugged in the phone and still only the first LED is lit. So it appears again, that these devices will not charge.I spoke to Amazon and they have confirmed that it is a 1-2 month wait for a replacement. So I would not recommend this model. I have returned for a refund and bought an alternative.
