I contacted the seller and got great customer service. The fabric was see through..and I didn't feel it would have good firm hold like I need. It did run small...so don't order a smaller size thinking it will hold you in better because you won't be able to get yourself into it. After purchasing many body shapers and girdles I can say this is classified as average or light hold. If you don't need a miracle like me...just some light support and smoothing....this garment will work perfect for you! I actually ended up with a company that sells heavy duty compression body shapers for the medical community. They are not only for shaping the body after weight loss...but also for after surgery procedures like tummy tucks and liposuction.
