My sister was definitely please as compared to the inflatable bed she used on her previous visit. Caution does need to be used when collapsing the bed for storage as it sets several inches above the casters that are on the floor when collapsed. This causes a bit of a bucking action that isn't significant but could cause a minor pinch or scrape if you're not expecting it.
