## Description

desertcart.com : Mr. Pen- Retractable Bible Pens, 6 Pack, Assorted Colors Ink | No Bleed Through, Fast Dry & Smooth Writing Pens for Bible Journaling, Color Coding, Note Taking, Study & Planning : Office Products

Review: Vibrant Colors, Non-Bleed, Good Quality - I ordered these pens to take notes in my new journaling Bible and I'm very happy with my purchase. They write precisely on thin Bible pages, dry very quickly, and have nice vivid colors. Even the lighter colors show up well. They are non-bleed, which is a must with thin Bible pages, they have a fine point at 0.7mm, and they write very smooth for a ball point pen. The price is very reasonable, especially with the number of pens you get and the variety of color choices. The construction is quality and smart looking with a nice non-slip grip. The clicker is solid, and I don't anticipate these pens turning into the half deploying pens that retract at the worst possible moment. I plan on purchasing these again, but I will update if anything goes sideways.
Review: Nice pens - The pens are quite colorful and write very well. The ink flows smoothly and the pens are very precise.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone tried using these pens in a bible? Will they bleed through the thin pages of a bible?**
A: I have used them in my Bible. The ink didn’t bleed through. I really like the pens.

**Q: Where are they made?**
A: Made in China

**Q: Do these really not bleed through on Bible paper? How about ghosting?**
A: So far I have had no problem with this pen bleeding through my bible or journal pages at all. Every now and then I will get a little ghosting on My bible pages but even at that it is very light and has not interfered with my bible notes at all.

**Q: Are these ball point pens or gel pens? Ball point pen ink is oil based and this is why I'm asking. Thanks**
A: I have the 16pk and thus far I've only used the Lime Green Pen. Nonetheless, I would say they all are Ball Point Pens.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Note Taking in a Bible.
*by M***S on February 27, 2026*

What a great product! I use these pens everyday when reading and making notes in my Bible. The ink doesn’t bleed through but it will smear if you don’t let it dry. All the colors are easily seen and the pens write well. I highly recommend them!
