This variety pack of jazz picks includes different sizes and materials for you to see what works best for you. It doesn't include the max grip and a couple more. However, it'll get you started and give an idea where to go next. I like the ultex standard size. The material works great for my dry skin and it stays steady while strumming. The raised letters provide enough grip and are easier to hold on to than the standard pick max grips (for me, anyway).
