The CR Spotless R1-20 resin will refill the de-ionizing resin cartridge of your DI-120 Spotless Water System. The package includes one pre-measured package of resin in a heat sealed nylon bag to keep it fresh and convenient. All you have to do is cut a corner off the bag and pour the entire contents of one bag into the refillable cartridge.

**Q: Approximately how many car washes can this bag do?**
A: If you use a pressure washer your medium will last much longer than using a garden hose. With the hose, approximately five washes; with the pressure washer, between 10-15.

**Q: can you use this resin for drinking water**
A: The instructions say not to drink the demineralized water. Maybe trying to limit liability. What I can say is potable water needs some minerals to be healthy. Demineralized water has only trace mineral content and isn't safe for any sort of regular drinking.

Greatest thing I ever bought for my car. I have a 2 sports cars a big pickup truck and a SUV. Every weekend I was rotating cars to the car wash which take hours. And now with the spotless car wash system I wash all my cars at home with in one hour and I don't have to dry them at all. What a time saver when you just want to take the dust off of your car and drive off. My advice is to also buy a good car wash soap like Adams polish premium car wash.

I use a power washer with limited water flow so it's maximizing use.  I'd say it lasts around 6 washes on my Telsa, still cheaper then the car wash but I'm doing all the work! I purchased one 6 months ago at $35 and now it's $50 - Lame.

This worked for me. I purchased my system from the factory in San Diego. They also ship this resin. The resin has about a one year shelf life.The cool thing for me is that I can use this system to do partial water changes on my 55 gallon aquarium. Take care to add back in the proper minerals to aquarium water. I truly do love it, dual purpose.
