What I like most is that they are not bitter tasting. I drink this tea plain throughout the day at my desk, whenever I am at work. One of my physicians has advised me that green tea is good for weight maintenance purposes, among other things. So, I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. This tea tastes like nothing I had before. It has a weird, almost off-putting flavor and leaves a really bad aftertaste. It tastes like the tea has been infused with some strange artificial jasmine flavor, rather than actual jasmine scent. This is not a cheap tea and it is grown organically, so you would assume that the flavoring is done well, too.
