The solid tires are made of Rubber+Plastic material, which means it is anti-breaking, anti-explosion, anti-slipping and very durable. You don't need to inflate the tire and change it frequently, save you more time / energy and more to enjoy riding! NEXO air-light solid tire is made of NEXELL, a compounded macromolecular material, into shape through cross-linking and injection molding engineer. Therefore, NEXO tire features burst-proof, inflation-free, air-light and colorful characteristics to provide a safe, convenient, comfortable and personalized cycling experience. Thus, NEXELL also allows NEXO tire to be eco-friendliness, weather-proof, wear-proof and skid-proof. NEXO has innovated an exclusive patented T-BOLT, it enables NEXO to be safer than most of traditional solid tires. This safety device also keeps NEXO tires in the center of rims, prevents rim-out, tire twisted and can bear pressure up to 100kg. In addition, NEXO has passed a solid tire 5,000km Treading Durability Test under JIS standards, and also complies with German PAHs Requirement, EU RoHS, REACH Directive as well as ISO 4210:2015 braking test.
