Nothing wrong with the pan. You have to know how to use a pressure cooker. Excellent instructions are included. You must use sufficient water, reduce heat when pot reaches pressure. Until used to using pressure cooker, follow a tested recipe-many available on the net.

I love the shape and the quality of my 4
I love the shape and the quality of my 4.4 litre handi stainless steel cooker. I have had it for over 2 weeks now and have used it cook veggies, lentils and rice in it. The pressure builds up very fast and is easy to stack in the dishwasher. The steel is of very good quality and is thick.

Defective scam
Started cooking in this and everything burns. Literally everything, I might have received a defective product or a scam. My return window is closed and I can't return it anymore. Stuck with a heavy useless paperweight.
