It worked perfectly. He loved it. He is 12, so he understands how to take care of his belongings, so this was an item that was always carefully stored in his room. We ordered it on April 18th, 2020 and it was delivered on April 28th. Had no problems until the morning of June 2nd. When he took it out to use it that day, it made a horrible grinding noise and wouldn't shoot anything. It sounds to me like a gear is stripped internally, though I have no idea what could have caused it. Since we were outside of the 30 day return for Amazon, I contacted the seller the next day and after a week received an email back this morning stating there was nothing that could be done except to take it to a local airsoft store to see if it needed a new battery. I know it's not the battery because it is TRYING to cycle. Something is broken internally. Maybe this is a fluke, but it's a tough lesson for a 12 year old who did everything right.
