    This book is beautiful!  I am working my way through the recipes. First, I made the lemony lentil and kale stew.  Yum!  Then, I made the brown rice, almond and mushroom burger and roasted cauliflower hummus.  Both of those dishes were really good.  I am a bit hopeless in the kitchen, but these recipes are easy to understand.  Buy this book!  You won't regret it!

    Not too often does a cookbook like this come around; a perfect mix of healthy and vegetarian( that you could meat up if you wish) recipies that have sooooo much bang for your buck.  creative, fresh, delicious and very appealing to the eye. My mouth salivates and tastes as I read through the ingredients.  Such a talented, educated and well trained chef (and sommelier) to share her secrets with us through a beautiful and easy to follow cook book.  This is a must have in your hand cookbook for everyone.
