Took 15 minutes. 1(2 works best) small crescent wrench(s)(to remove the old seat and to tighten bike seat collar), Hex Key/Allen wrench(don't recall the size I used. But a cheap set from the 99 cent store would work). Looks and feels sturdy. Did raise the seat level up a bit but was able to adjust to a lower setting on the seat post. You will therefore have to lower the Marcy square white seat post two holes. If you are currently using one of the two lowest positions your feet will not touch the pedals. You could buy a different seat clamp that doesn’t have the post stop and lower your new seat an additional 1’ to 1 1/2" and thus have to lower your sq. white seat post only one position instead of two. The hole did match and I was able to change the seat to a smaller one.
