## Overview

Bottega Mediterranea Bomba Rice Extra is a premium 2.2 lbs package of high-quality rice, naturally grown in Spain's Albufera National Park, perfect for creating authentic paella and other traditional Spanish rice dishes. Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces, add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the olive oil in the paella pan at a medium heat. Brown the chicken pieces.
Add the beans and brown them as well. Add the garlic, paprika, and tomato, and cook for few minutes. Add 4.5 cups of chicken broth and boil for 10 minutes. Add the saffron and rice distributing evenly over the paella pan.
Boil at high heat for 8 minutes, then lower the heat for 8 more minutes to obtain the "Socarrat", set to rest, and serve.

Perfect for paella. The dish turned out delicious without getting soggy. 1 and a half cup (raw) was enough to feed my family of 5 and all are big eaters. Absorbs flavor well and is delicious.
