I would have given 5 stars because I know this is a quality product as I have purchased it in the store previously but, this came with no lid whatsoever.

Don't think of calories this stuff will make you lose weight and kill yeast also. Of course you have to eat right. No candy and soda, easy on the grains. I add it to my smoothie in the morning and it's satiating, and I'm not hungry until lunch.

My go to MCT oil for making my own CBD & CBG tinctures. It has enough coconut oil to cover up any bitterness of your ingredients, but not too much to overpower most flavorings you might add.

I use it as a pre-shave, skin moisturizer, laxative, tincture carrier, and anything else I think of using oil. Very pleased with product and vendor.
