Excellent customer service!I know this only a $40 speaker, so I was not expecting Bose quality. But considering how good Anker products generally are I find the sound quality of this mini speaker disappointing. Bass is barely present, mid range sounds terribly compressed (like when you EQ mids too high) and overall volume is quite mediocre. The sound completely falls apart if you turn this speaker up beyond about 70% volume.This speaker would be OK on your desk or bedside table for listening to podcasts, but if you want something to fill even a small space with music, this is not the speaker.
