ESR test is usually pretty reliable in-circuit as it sends 100kHz (or whatever frequency you pick from the selection) and the impedance of a good cap will be low - 1-2 ohms typically so parallel components should not show up. Capacitance may not be, depends as it will measure all capacitance in-circuit across the node (across the capacitor). Large electrolytics may test close enough, small caps probably not. The other tests, Q, leakage, etc are not in-circuit tests. **Q: What is the lowest inductance range?** A: lowest range is 20.000 uH so it will measure down to 0.001 uH at 2.5% 100KHz **Q: Can i connect any usb 5v charger? what's the amp needed if so?** A: You can if you know what you're doing. There's USB 5v to 9v adapters out there, very cheap. I converted mine to run with 2 18650 in series, which makes about 8 volts. This device will need at least 6.5 volts to run.
