Review: Very nice sound for not much money - I recently bought a slightly-used ski boat and was disappointed it didn't have a stereo system. My old boat did, and it was used many times to play CDs and listen to FM radio. But these days, a receiver is not needed--just use your phone via Bluetooth! So I bought this Bluetooth speaker setup. The 4" speakers are great for midrange and are mounted unobtrusively in the interior fiberglass sidewalls midship. They are dual-cone, so a concentric tweeter takes care of the highs. The setup is plenty loud enough to hear on a running ski boat and the Bluetooth takes just a couple of seconds to connect. Very nice sound --BUT-- of course, no bass, because the mounting location allows the bass from the back side to escape and cancel out the bass from the front of the speaker. So in addition I bought a very nice woofer from "Sound Storm" (desertcart, natch) that is built like a tank and drives a self-contained 8" woofer. Also extremely inexpensive. The woofer normally is mounted under a front car seat but in the boat it is mounted under the dashboard on the carpeted floor in an unobtrusive area. Together the system sounds remarkably good, and I speak as an Audio Engineer with many years of recordings under my belt. The Herdio speakers do an amazing job, especially considering the noisy environment.

**Q: If these are flush mount where do you plug in the power supply?**
A: Dear Customer,
There is amplifier and adapter in the box.these speakers should be connect with them.the adapter should be plugged in teh power supply.

**Q: Why is it they play for a while and then they just quit and all u hear is popping and beeping sound????**
A: I haven’t had this issues using my iPhone Bluetooth. Maybe another Bluetooth is connecting to your speakers. Sorry no help. I’ve had mine for a year with no issues

**Q: I'd like to buy multiple sets and sync them in odd numbers. I.e. Can i buy 2 sets of speakers then sync 3 to play in unison &1 more to play elsewhere?**
A: Yes,But only 2 pairs of this kind of speakers could be connected via TWS bluetooth function,if you order 2 pairs of this speakers,there are 4 speakers and 2 bluetooth amplifier box and 2 power adapter in the package,you just need connect 3 speakers with 1 amplifier and the other 1 connect with the other amplifier,then the 2 amplifier box could be connected via TWS function and play at the same time.

I recently bought a slightly-used ski boat and was disappointed it didn't have a stereo system. My old boat did, and it was used many times to play CDs and listen to FM radio. But these days, a receiver is not needed--just use your phone via Bluetooth! So I bought this Bluetooth speaker setup. The 4" speakers are great for midrange and are mounted unobtrusively in the interior fiberglass sidewalls midship. They are dual-cone, so a concentric tweeter takes care of the highs. The setup is plenty loud enough to hear on a running ski boat and the Bluetooth takes just a couple of seconds to connect. These are great for the money. Only down side is volume has to be done on your device. Sound is good and easy to install. I used them where I had a couple of can lights. You do need a power source.
