Smart Balance Rich Roast Natural Chunky Peanut Butter (Pack of 2) 16 oz Jars

Well, they recalled the heart-healthy (Gif) peanutbutters soooo we shopped around and found this Smart Peanutbutter. Too bad it only comes in Chunky (we would prefer Smooth). Flavor is good, you do need to re-stir in the (heart healthy Omega 3) oils that separate out before using. And the small chunky peanut pieces means it takes a little more time to spread carefully on bread/pita/tortillas…We were able to get a 2-pack for a little $$ savings-it does cost a bit more to eat this healthier for you peanutbutter than the cheap sugar and preservative-free varieties. We will keep ordering and eating this (unless Gif makes their creamy version again)

Goes great with Honeycrisp Apples

I've loved this brand for a number of years but can't find it locally anymore. It's too expensive here, but I bought 2 jars of chunky anyway, and found the Best By date is only two months in the future. It appears all the peanuts are on top and the oil is somewhat separated.

Smaller than the store jars, which makes these a bit more expensive.

Since this peanut butter is a food product I was shocked the order delivered to me April 1 st expires April 20. Very disappointed.

The jars arrived in perfect condition and they were very fresh! I have trouble finding the crunchy Smart Balance peanut butter at the grocery stores. All of them seem to carry only the creamy version, so I was thrilled to find this on Amazon. The expiration date on the jars are 8 months away. Well worth the price!
