The rest of them are working fine however they do not get used very often. These were purchased only a few months ago. When I complained to the seller about the issue and asked about the warranty I was asked to send in a video to a separate email address. I have just done that and I will be waiting for their refund or shipping me two additional boxes.I bought many lightbulbs over the years and these are the worst. In the video you can see the flickering problem which is happened to six of these, even in a fixture without a dimmer. Also in the video you’ll see the lightbulb behind the flickering one is also not the correct wattage is very dim. Several others just plain burned out and will not turn on. As of this writing, 4 of them have failed. 2 have started flickering, and 2 have just gone dim - about 25% the brightness from original. I contacted Ascher after the first 2 failures and they gave me a partial refund. But since then 2 more bulbs have failed, and it's just not worth my time trying to get this fixed.
