I have a 6E foot, but the only place that carried what I needed only had a 2E in stock. My feet were killing me the first few days, so I ordered this. It took 2 tries. I would recommend starting with a slight tension to stretch first, then another, slightly stronger tension, and then a third time and leave it for a while. Overnight worked for me, but I would imagine that was because it was a leather boot. I'm sure a sneaker, or lighter material may not take as much work. I'm so grateful for this working because of my width, it is so hard to find shoes in stock anywhere. This could be a game changer for me!!! 4 stars were given because one of the little plastic pieces in the middle snapped off.
