Good while it lasted
This product generally works well when you run the water really slow (and I mean really slowly). It's important to give the filtration system time to work. All high quality materials/construction EXCEPT the valve that switches from sink to filter. I get the impression one of the seals inside broke and is jamming the valve and there is no way to open it up and fix it. Sometimes it takes 30 seconds to a minute to wiggle it enough to switch over (very frustrating). Ok, so I can handle replacing the whole sink mount (maybe we got unlucky). BUT I am not seeing any way to get this part or contact Lelekey for warranty/replacement info. Just try searching for the company website to see what I mean. No details on Amazon either. So with the valve on its way out after 3 months of use this product will be rendered unusable before we even need to replace the filter. Will reconsider review if there is an affordable way to fix product.

After a year of using it, I see no change in my water thru LELEKEY filtration
I've been using this on my kitchen faucet for a year and I don't see any difference between my tap water that has a noticeable chlorine smell to the one going thru this filter. I don't know if I had a bad filter or the filter itself doesn't really work. I use a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter to check the "filtered" water and it comes out the same as the tap water at around 105-110 on the rating. It passes as "good" acceptable water but I can't stand the smell and taste of the water.In the meantime, I bought the ZERO WATER filtration system (for less than the LELEKEY), and it actually works! The reading from both of my TDS meters are reading ZERO for dissolved solid contents and the water is the BEST I'VE EVER TASTED!!! It is just as it's advertised, the water will taste great because the filtration will take out the dissolved solids in the water. I will no longer look for any other drinking water filtration system out there. I can't find anything else that matches to ZERO WATER.

Best tasting water ever!
I love this filter!!! Our water tasted good before but is even better now! I got this filter primarily because I need to filter out the chlorine out of the water so I can make my own homemade vegan yogurt and sprout beans or quinoa for example. I have had this filter almost a month and would recommend to anyone looking for a faucet mounted filter! It is easy to clean and so easy to use my 4 year old can operate it! It was a simple installation that only took a few moments!

Very satisfied with product.
I'm glad I got this filter along with 3 additional filters, I love the fact that it is made out of stainless still which will provide a long lasting housing and makes it easy to clean.As natural, the taste from the first few gallons of water is normal but it goes away after some use. It really filters the water fast, it isn't as most filters that take a long time to get a 1 liter bottle filled up.So far so good and only time will tell if the filters last as stated in the description.Thank you!

Worked great until the gasket disintegrated.
This system worked wonderful & our water (which is full of all sorts of stuff) tasted great! Ordered on May 14th. On June 18th the switch started spewing water out...even when we were using the tap instead of the filter! The gasket has started to disintegrate & chunks of rubber came out in my hand when I took the system apart to see what was wrong. Literally days after the 30 day warranty was up! Now it is completely useless!!!

Disappointed
I received this: Saturday 3/14/20 at 11:10am.I just had this delivered to my doorstep and I don’t understand why.This product was already used and not even in the box. Parts were dirty and unprotected. The thing that shocks me the most is that one of the thread connectors was clumped with dirt wrapped in the plastic. Are you serious?Returning this ASAP. What a disappointment.

Failed after 45 days
O-ring failure after 1 month renders this useless. 30 day warranty & return period obviously intentional, we experienced total failure after about 45 days. Crudely fabricated metal, bizarre filter canisters - who knows if it’s really working? Water seems a little better but domestic water filters & canisters do a better job. Cheap Chinese crap that’s overpriced and will fail soon after warranty ends. Avoid & go with more reputable brands.

It works, and quite well.
I bought this to remove the sulfuric, bacterial smell in the water that my apartment refuses to fix. I installed two of these in under an hour and they work like a charm. Excellent product.
