I mix this with his porridge in the morning(milk and syrup mixed, then add oats and microwave. Brings out the flavour wonderfully). As far as the price goes, when you consider the process it takes to create this product, the price is fantastic value. It isn`t "blended" to make it cheaper, and it isn`t an easy process to undertake. It is actually quite a good price for the product you get. If you want the sweet taste of the cheap syrups, then just stick with the sugar/glucose made cheap variety and leave the real maple syrups to those who appreciate the process.
