Elastic built into stress points gives a good fit.Cons: the plastic clip that holds the tubing in place on your shoulder constantly falls off and is worthless, although you can easily use the product without it. It can be slightly hard to neatly fill it without taking the whole bladder out, and the interior velcro straps are a little hard to deal with.All in all, a VERY good product for the price.
