## Questions & Answers

**Q: is there probiotics in this cheese?**
A: This cheese costs one third of the price in other stores.

**Q: what is the rennet ingredient in the Bulgarian feta chees?**
A: A very large package with low content. Good sheep cheese but not as creamy as I wanted it to. For a 450 grams of cheese, the price is very high, delivery costs enormously. Good luck.

**Q: Does this require refrigeration prior to opening? Is it packed with cold packs for shipment?**
A: Yes refrigeration is required upon receipt. Not packed with ice for shipment, but it is a durable product, that can handle being outside for the shipping duration.

**Q: Is this the same as Sirene cheese? Is this just the same as the traditional cheese on a Shopska salad, or is it a little different?**
A: You are correct, that is the sheep's milk cheese that you would know as sirene (sirene is the Bulgarian word for cheese). This is the one you would use on Shopska Salad (remember, crumbled not graded). It is also used in Banitsa, the thin layered cheese pastry, as well as many other traditional Bulgarian dishes.
