    Berserk Evolves in Unexpected Ways

An exciting new chapter. Guts begins to soften as he gains unlikely allies while Griffith builds a coalition of forces including naive knights and powerful monsters. Miura’s artwork evolves into very precise linework around this period.The seller shipped the book promptly and Peggy replied quickly when there was briefly concern on my part about its delivery status.

    Great series / the Kindle version of v24 has problems

This is one of, if not the, best manga I have read.  That said, the Kindle version of volume 24 has disabled the zoom function and instead just pops-up whatever panel you try to zoom in on, which darkens the background and barely makes it easier to read.  I'm not sure who came up with the idea to do that for this volume after doing it right for the other 23 volumes in the series, but that was a serious mistake.  It's basically unreadable on tablets or phones.

    Fantastic Fantasy

One of the strengths of this series is its ability to drastically change it's tone and almost it's genre. This novel transitions the series to a story of High Fantasy, while impressively retaining its very dark undertones. All the characters begin new stages of growth in their character arcs, and again we get to see the anti-parallels between the antagonist and protagonist as Guts becomes the leader of his own small band, and even tries his hand at being a mentor. Great art, fun action, drama, lore building, and nice bit of humor await, its a must read.
