This dock solved the issue. The ethernet works perfectly, and so does everything else so far. When I plugged with Lenovo docking station into either T3 port on my Lenovo Y740 laptop, it wasn't even recognized fully by Win10. Only the video ports worked. None of the USB ports worked, and the Ethernet port only had blinking LEDs, but never came up in Win10. Other brands of T3 devices work fine in those same T3 ports, just not this docking station. **Q: will this charge the Lenovo c940?
