Go up 1 band size *by P***M on August 27, 2019* This was the only comfortable bra I found post breast reduction surgery (36K to 36D/E). I like that it gives full coverage and compression. I also like that the strap length has a wide range of adjustments. I have a short torso and bra straps are often too loose for me. Most of the other post-surgical bras available do not have full coverage nor a wide range of strap lengths. Those bras made me feel like I was balancing a painful plate of jello on my chest. This bra is the only one that made my post-op breasts feel secure and reduced my overall pain level.Things to know:1. Go up one band size from what you usually use. I initially got the 36D/DD but I found that too tight on my ribs just below my bust. 38D/DD was more comfortable without compromising on compression2. Post surgery, your cup size is in a state of flux. I first tried the 36D/DD exactly 1 week post-op and felt like a boa constrictor was around my chest. Two days later, I wore the bra again - and this time, my chest was much more comfortable. ### ⭐⭐ Appears To Be Well Made, Runs Very Small, Not for Tissue Expanders *by S***S on August 24, 2019* I purchased several in different sizes, starting with my size and going three sizes up--I could close the bottom hooks but never higher. Given the lack of flexibility, I can only assume that this bra was not intended for reconstruction surgery.
