Is this normal?** A: These gaskets increase in diameter when crushed. It will eventually expand until is hard to got out and thin out, that is the time to replace with new. **Q: is it a one time use?** A: These washers are specified to be "one time use". They have features on them that make them very consistent in their centering. Lack of centering is the #1 cause of multi use washer leaks. This being said it is recommended to always replace washers with each use because of the high cost of the CO2 gas and the extremely low cost of the washer. It is cheap insurance. **Q: I have a titan regulator. The plastic cover for the flow meter is leaking. Is this the correct Oring for that?** A: I will try to answer. These are for larger brass CO2 regulators mounted on the tank. I believe yours has an actual O ring? These are washers. If yours is for scuba diving and the plastic collar is leaking, I'd check for cracked collar first.
