Although the mount part is a little deep/large, it works well! The mount is adjustable so I can angle it however I want (up or down, side to side). The frame part that holds the phone is very adjustable using a turn-style knob at the back to open and close the four corners. Once adjusted around the device, there is a locking knob that holds it very securely in place! I don't ever feel like the device will fall out, and it's very easy to get it into place (an issue that I've struggled with using similar mounts with rubber holds). So when my wife phone holder broke, I bought another one. I gave it four stars because it takes a while to put my phone in every time. I have to loosen a screw in the back to open it, put my phone in, and then screw it back tight again. It takes a little bit time. I’ve seen other one that uses a elastic band to attach the phone and those literally takes seconds to put it on.
