The watch face fits the entire top part of my wrist so I don't have to bring my arm up close to my face as I am visually impaired. The bottom stretch band fits nicely on the bottom of my wrist and stays put. When I have to put it on in the morning the nice large size and bright metal makes it easy to locate and put on correctly even without my one contact lense in. The only problem I've had , it picks up time a minute or 2 a day so every few days I find myself running early.
