I love the way the glass cleans in the dishwasher, but just to be careful, I've always handwashed the flexible lids. They have held up beautifully. The glass units stack well together, but I have a separate basket to hold the lids.]It was a bit confusing to look through Amazon at the container sizes that are available now - some are described in ounces, some in cups, some in inches, etc. So I ordered one of the sets of three rectangular containers  Bormioli Rocco 3.90210.SE1021990 Frigoverre Glass Food-Storage Compact Containers with Lids, Set of 3  to check it out.
