The goal was to cook breakfast eggs in a uniformed circle shape that fits breakfast English muffins. I tried several pans and the wells were too shallow to cook an egg sunny side up for example. Although the price was high for this pan, I was able to cook multiple combinations of eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. with no issues at all.The non stick feature is great (nothing stuck to the pan). I tried eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast treats and was very pleased. I also used two wells to cook items that took a longer period of time to cook, and later added other items that cooked faster. Later I will try the steaming function. My conclusion is that you may spend dollars trying to get a less expensive pan, or spend a bit more and get 4 pans in one.Pros: Well made, cooks evenly, non stick works like a dream. Cons: I should have saved my money on the other pans and purchased this one first.
