Just make sure you follow previous reveiws or YouTube advice and peel it back from one end while laying it down at the same time. I can see how peeling it all off and then trying to lay the pad down could be difficult as once the adhesive make contact with the seat, it's not coming off if you didn't get it straight. The pad fit as it should, is firm and restored the seat to like new condition. I would not hesitate to buy one again, but considering how it is made, I believe it will last for a very long time. The size is right for a B chair, it was the same size (width, depth, height) as the original. It seems to be a little firmer, but hard to tell as the old one had already perished. Only bad mark is the double sided tape, it was extremely difficult to remove the backing, and started to tear the foam in removal.
