My six year old had a lot of questions about why some kids at her school are diffent colors than her. She decided she perfered people who look like her. I bought a few books that talk about how everyone is different and that's okay. This was my favorite. I talks about people who are diffent shades of brown and labels them as things like "peachy tan" "cocoa brown" " chocolate brown" as well as several other browns. It help guide some positive discussion on how we are all different and that is a good thing.
