In my personal opinion; this product surprisingly withstands that abuse. I highly recommend this product anybody looking to build up their arsenal of training devices.

A decent enough product with enough durability for daily sparring sessions. When you're involved in any type of martial art activity- sport, you need a good quality product that's going to withstand two to four hour sessions of abuse.
