I'm very happy that I did so, because these boots are excellent! Only had them for a week, so time will tell if they will hold up for the long haul. I will modify the review if necessary. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish there was a size 11.5 *by I***E on April 21, 2018* I'm a size 11, I usually get 11.5 when ordering online. But there wasn't a size option for that. 12 was too much, I didn't want my foot sliding around in my shoe. So I got the 11. It fit the length of my foot, but not the width. My big toes chafe against the side of the shoe. After breaking the shoe in, it wasn't a big deal, but it still happens. And they're callused somewhat. They're wearable, but I'll be buying new ones much sooner than I normally do. Normally I wear work boots down till I'm on my bare feet. They are otherwise great boots. I like the solid black color, the unemphasized brand logo. and that little silver strip giving it a little bit of a sneaker look. Like the work boot that is a professional, but will occasionally go to house parties. I don't really like the tan interior, but fortunately my foot covers that up for the most part.If it came in an 11.5 I would have given it 5 stars. ### ⭐ Durability is very bad. *by J***L on July 3, 2018* Quality is horrible. I have had these boots for 6 weeks. They fit a little large, just put on a heavy pair of socks and that fixed that problem. My warehouse regularly has oil on the floor and after 6 weeks, they slide around quite a bit. The rubber on the front part of the sole is literally coming off in chunks. My work has a smooth floor not even a bare concrete floor, and this is not expected. Unfortunately, I am 2 weeks out of my return window so now I can not return them or I would. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/157879593-gw-mens-1606st-steel-toe-work-boots](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/157879593-gw-mens-1606st-steel-toe-work-boots) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
