High rising, crisp outer shell, delicate insides...really yummy. I tried baking them exactly as suggested in the directions - 12 popovers in a muffin tin. They were ok, but small and kind of greasy. Tried them in my popover pan and got only 4 popovers out of the mix. Well worth it! Look at these beauties! I will order these again. I do wish the directions were not in metric, but the conversion was easy. Love how the directions say, "Confidently pour the batter..." The boxes were pretty well smashed upon arrival, but that didn't affect the popovers. Thank you Goldenfry Foods!
