( 4LED>100%, 3LED>75%, 2LED>50%, 1LED>25% ) Here is the instruction of how to use this backpack power station. Push power button to turn on battery pack. you should see one or more blue LEDs light up. If you can see blue LED light up, it means the battery pack is on. If you see no blue LED light, then push the power button again to turn on battery pack. Plug in your cellphone into the battery pack when it is on, the battery pack should start charging you cellphone. If not charging, please push the power button to switch battery pack to phone charging mode so it will start charging your cellphone.
