Review: Very helpful, a gamechanger - This really works. I am hyper sensitive, with PTSD, and so glad Herb Pharm tinctures exist, as I can't take high doses of herbs--at this point can only take a couple drops of things, sometimes just one. This was soothing on the first day; then at a week of taking, it significantly helped sleep. It is also mildly estrogenic and helpful with menopause. I figured out that for sleep it's best to take right after dinner. Some people are worried about the alcohol, but I read online you can put your dose in a cup of just-boiled water, and in 15 minutes most of the alcohol evaporates. Though even as sensitive as I am, with a few drops the alcohol doesn't affect me & I don't feel the need to do this.
Review: Great tincture - I used this tincture for about a month while doing a liver cleanse. It was effective in helping me detox my liver. Cost was great for the amount you get, taste is ok, it has a herby taste along with the alcohol but I like tincture taste so it did not bother me.

This really works. I've been using this product for about 3 months. It was prescribed by my functional nutritionist to help with nutrient absorption. I use about a half of a dropper under my tongue. Taste is a little strong but not that intolerable. It's a high quality product.
