I wore them with sneakers and socks and my shoes didn't feel tight. I was able to run errands without pain and it felt amazing. My feet did start to hurt a little after a few hours but it was still better than before. The only downside is that after those few hours, my pinky toe felt a little pinched and got a little red from the toe loop, but I don't think there's much you can do about that. Hopefully I'll get used to it over time. I also haven't had any issues with the pads moving around in the shoe, I didn't tape them down but they stayed in place the whole time. I've worn them a couple times now, but so far so good! I'll update this review if there's any changes or problems.
