I removed some gel polish and my nails are a mess, peeling and splitting.** A: I started out using Formula 3 -- and my nails became strong for the first time in my LIFE. I used this for approximately 3 years and never had any problems -- eventually applying 2-3 times a week; then removing with a gentle nail polish remover once a week, and starting afresh. 6 months ago I tried the Formula 2+ and it seemed to FIX two nails that had problems in the cuticle area -- those problems/damages have completely cleared up.
