They are so comfortable and sturdy. I’ve always hated how the rubber ones bunch and slide. My yoga pants in my video are the ‘slippery’ spandex and these bands held in place! The size is perfect too, just wide enough to easily fit slide up to my thighs. The range in resistance is great. When I first opened them I almost thought they all were too tight but the lightest resistant one offers just a moderate amount of resistance for low impact training. I’m very happy I took a chance on these, well worth the money. ## Frequently Bought Together - CFX Resistance Bands Set, Exercise Bands with Non-Slip Design for HIPS & Glutes, 3 Levels Workout Bands for Women and Men, Booty Bands for Home Fitness, Yoga, Pilates - Amazon Basics 1/2 Inch Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap, Cushioned Support, for Fitness and Gym Workouts - Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights for Exercise and Muscle Toning --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/160234625-resistance-bands-set-exercise-bands-with-non-slip-design-hips](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/160234625-resistance-bands-set-exercise-bands-with-non-slip-design-hips) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
