The apple flavour legit tastes like dessert! Its my husband's and my favourite! The cookie is really good too, I prefer it with coffee. and the Churro flavour!! I told my husband it was horrible so maybe I could have the whole box XD he didn't fall for it. As far as meal replacement bars - these are great for hitting our macros! They have a decent about of protein to be worth the calories (which by the way are NOT what is on the label is your are indeed counting macros) and they even have a good source of fiber included with their carbs! win-win.
