Compatible with all Medela storage bottles, these nipples are easy to clean via dishwasher or microwave sterilization, making them a hygienic and convenient choice for busy parents. Trusted by thousands, they combine safety, comfort, and compatibility in one essential feeding accessory. ## Description Made of silicone and available in slow and medium flow – the Medela nipples are safe and compatible with Medela bottles. Review: Reliable! - As a parent, finding the right bottle and nipple combo can be overwhelming, but Medela nipples have been a total game changer! They’re incredibly well-designed, especially for breastfeeding moms who are also pumping! The nipples are soft, high-quality silicone and mimic the natural feel of breastfeeding, which made the transition between breast and bottle seamless for my baby. No nipple confusion, no fussiness, just smooth feeding. They’re super easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and very durable. After multiple washes, they still look and feel like new! Review: These slow-flow nipples are perfect - Despite negative reviews (some of which I suspect are 'trollers'), these nipples fit perfectly inside the wide-base Medela rings I have with no space to spare. You do have to twist and fold them a bit to get them inside, but I PROMISE THEY FIT. It's a secure fit, too, so when I tested the nipple out without a bottle attached, there was no gap. Also, it's worth noting that you don't want to screw the cap on the bottle too tightly, or the nipple might get bent out of shape because of air pressure. Tight enough that it won't leak, but not strong-man strength. Speaking of the testing phase (which seemed to be an issue to some posters): if you fill the nipple and cap up with water or milk, squeeze it to get the flow going, and hold it upside down, of COURSE the flow isn't 'slow' but the second you tilt it, bottle attached or not, so that it mimics the angle at which you'd feed your child with, the flow is sluggish and perfect. I don't have any issues with these nipples. I suspect they're going to work perfectly for my son, they're easy to get in and out, made of great quality material, and are SLOW FLOW. ## Features - SILICONE MATERIAL: Made from high-quality silicone, Medela spare nipples are neutral in taste and odor - CLEAN & SANITIZE: The nipples are dishwasher-safe (top rack only), and they can be sanitized using Medela’s Quick Clean Microwave Bag - COMPATIBLE WITH THE MEDELA BOTTLES: Designed to fit with all Medela bottles - FLEXIBLE FLOW OPTIONS: Available in two flow sizes (sold separately) – Slow Flow (S) and Medium Flow (M) - Slow and medium flow available - Compatible with all Medela breast milk bottles - May be cleaned in the dishwasher, micro steamed, boiled or washed by hand ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002SDD7LQ | | Age Range Description | Newborn | | Best Sellers Rank | #21,409 in Baby ( See Top 100 in Baby ) #170 in Baby Bottle Nipples | | Bottle Nipple Type | Slow Flow Nipple | | Brand | Medela | | Compatible Baby Bottle Model | All Medela bottles | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 7,140 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00020451871332 | | Item Weight | 9.07 g | | Liquid Flow Speed | medium flow, slow flow,slow-flow | | Liquid Flow Speed Description | medium flow, slow flow,slow-flow | | Manufacturer | Medela | | Material | Silicone | | Material Type | Silicone | | Material Type Free | Bisphenol A Free | | Model Number | 87133 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 3 | | Part Number | 87133 | | Size | 3 Count (Pack of 1) | | UPC | 020451871332 | | Unit Count | 3 Count | ## Product Details - **Bottle Nipple Type:** Slow Flow Nipple - **Brand:** Medela - **Liquid Flow Speed Description:** medium flow, slow flow,slow-flow - **Material:** Silicone - **Size:** 3 Count (Pack of 1) ## Images ![Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base, 3 Pack, Compatible with Medela Storage Bottles, Made Without BPA - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XfQWI1Y0L.jpg) ![Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base, 3 Pack, Compatible with Medela Storage Bottles, Made Without BPA - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gWiKXjV-L.jpg) ![Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base, 3 Pack, Compatible with Medela Storage Bottles, Made Without BPA - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61BAkwaU6WL.jpg) ![Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base, 3 Pack, Compatible with Medela Storage Bottles, Made Without BPA - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61BtpvJORAL.jpg) ![Medela Slow Flow Spare Nipples with Wide Base, 3 Pack, Compatible with Medela Storage Bottles, Made Without BPA - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61h7Csk+dFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I have these and the baby either sucks them flat, or they leak between the bottle and the collar? They drown a newborn! **Q: DOES THEM GO WITH THE Medela Breastmilk Bottle Set, 8 Ounce?** A: Should work with any Medela bottle.
