Review: SOOOOOOOOOOOO Good. - I am a big ginger lover (and I like dark chocolate, too). These cookies are the perfect combination of flavors. The ginger is wonderfully full flavored and the dark chocolate melts in your mouth. I love the effect of the strong ginger softened by the rich chocolate. I have to say it: these are now my very favorite cookie. I bought two more orders because I shared them with others and they loved them too and they 'went away' so fast. I have stashed a couple of boxes away for myself. I hope these are always available on desertcart because I couldn't find them in any store near me here in Oregon. I do recommend these cookies to everyone but please don't buy them all up;)
