I do a lot of work on my computer daily and definitely notice that eye strain and headaches are what I can usually expect. Anything that helps gives my eyes a break is much appreciated, and these lenses do just that!The black frames are nice and simple, and the glasses are so light weight that I don't feel the need to adjust them throughout the day or take breaks wearing them. I really like that the kit came with a case, cleaning cloth, blue light laser, and a blue light sensing card (allows you to see first hand how the lenses filter the blue light). It's going to be so easy to toss in my bag and take with me anywhere when I'll need to put in some long hours of screen time. I suffer from migraines on a regular basis. Using mobile devices has only made them more frequent and I sometimes have to stop the work in doing because of them. I gave these glasses a week and I have noticed a difference. They are VERY lightweight and don't look terrible on my face, but the best part is that I can wear my own glasses under them so that I can still see at a distance. They are clear lenses, but you can see a very slight color difference when you take them off. It's not a noticeable difference while on your face, so colors are the same. I have a small face and they are a little big for it, but because I wear them over my own glasses on grateful for the size.
