Got this book with hopes to learn actual "practical steps to increase profit"There is very little useful information and rest of the book is just fluff and you keep reading till the end waiting to find something useful but it didnt. It mostly geared towards somebody who has no basic knowledge of running a dental office.

A great book for a new dentist starting, buying or struggling with a practice. This book gives essentials of how to think about your business, how to grow it, decrease stress and increase profits.Dr Campbell dives into defining your practice, Getting rid of holes in the schedule, decreasing cancellations, marketing and profit. His recommendations are about regaining control.As someone who has gone through an expensive and successful consulting program, I can tell you the information is good. Dr Campbell hits all the key points and makes the reading enjoyable with good writing and authenticity.The overview here is excellent. Beyond that, there are some pearls that if you implement could easily pay for this book 1,000 times over.
